A Health Exam/Physical and Kindergarten immunization forms with current immunizations are required to start school by state law. All Kindergarten students are required to complete a Physical and get immunizations before starting school.
All families need to complete the online registration process in Synergy ParentVUE. This needs to be completed prior to the attending Open House. Many of you have completed this, but we ask that all families verify that it is complete. This is the ParentVUE link.
