Create a weekly menu

Plan out what you are gonna have for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day of the week.

Stay Hydrated

  • You need at least 8 cups of water daily.

  • Make time for a water break at work or bring a canister of water with you to work.

  • When working out always bring a bottle of water.

  • Make sure to not drink too much water because the blood contents can become diluted resulting in sodium deficiency called hyponatremia.
