From Principal Wilken
Dear Tully Families,
Happy New Year and welcome back to school! I hope you all had a safe and restful break. I wanted to give out a big SHOUT-OUT to the Family Engagement Team for planning the Winter Carnival and for all the staff and parent volunteers who made it such a success. I would also like to give a special thank you to FCFTucson, Spirit of Life Church, and Primerica for their amazing gifts during the holiday season. We are blessed at Tully to have such amazing support for our community.
We are back and hitting the pavement running! The second half of the year always seems to go by so fast. We have so much happening on campus. Please be sure to check out the calendar for upcoming events.
With warm regards,
Principal Wilken

🍃Tully's Growing Green!
As winter’s chill sets in, many of the leaves have fallen off the trees in Tully’s garden and outdoor learning space, Shelley De La Flor (Tully’s Desert Tortoise) is cozy in her burrow, yet there are things still growing green in the garden. This time of year in the low-desert of Tucson, we can still grow garlic, beets, onion, kale and many other hearty greens.
We are excited to be doing more planting, growing, and learning with the students this semester as we received a donation for more raised garden beds and soil from a neat non-profit organization called Native Seed/SEARCH. Please stop by the garden this semester to see the students’ progress!
