Shush: Adventure in Short Film
Write the script and act the role - on camera!
Be a screenwriter - Step in front of and behind the camera
Let your creativity and imagination soar while creating original, two minute short films. This semester we will film a comedy sketch, work on a short based on Art Reach St Croix's Big Read book Stations 11, and consider other film genres. Working alongside writing mentor Cassidy Hall and cinematographer David McClellan, students will construct original scripts, learn about pre-production and have a chance to act in front of the camera! This opportunity will provide students with the exciting experience of expressing themselves and their characters, all while taking creative projects from start to finish. All short films will be uploaded onto the StoryArk Youtube Channel. (Tuition is $275 for new members, $175 for current members. Scholarships are available!)
