Introduction
I am one of the managers of the Academic Computing services department in NYIT. I am part of the the learning and development group of my department. I have 2 years of experience in the designing of a wide range of training solutions. I hold a Undergraduate degree in information management and technology and i am in the process of completing my Masters degree of Instructional design. My department is in charge of all the computers use for academic purposes. My department hires students workers to cover all the services we provide. We constantly need to train the student to better service all the different equipment we support. During the semester we do not have the time to properly train each student for conflicts of schedule. I created training guides that provide the resources needed for students to manage the equipment.

Captivate touch screen panel training
The training goal of the Smart Room control touch panel training is to help users have a better understanding of technology in the room. This will help them use the technology to create a better teaching environment.

This interacting training guide teaches the controls and troubleshooting for Sound Caster equipment Use by academic computing. This training guide is intended for student workers for ACS department. They are in undergraduate college level.

This app was a prototype for an app that will help student find the building around the NYIT Old west bury campus.
