Testing is voluntary, but we do encourage everyone to take it to help ensure the continued health and safety of our school community. Test kits were sent home today. Please check your child's backpack. If your child's tests positive, please keep your child home and notify the school office or leave a message on the the absence line. (extension 3102).
Principal Memo
Good evening,
I just want to take a moment to thank all of our community members. We have so many talented and generous people who work and volunteer to provide our students with unique opportunities to reinforce or enhance the learning that happens in the classroom. This week we had several extra volunteers on campus for Art Vista, the Book Fair, and Project Cornerstone. These activities add value in many different ways for all of our students. Last night I had the privilege of honoring Randy Scoffield for his years of service as a Cambrian School District School Board member for 28 years. Randy is retiring but remaining in our community. We are hopeful he will remain involved in our schools in some way moving forward!
Thank you all for continuing to reinforce our students' learning over the break and reminding of them to utilize their 4 Be's while they are on vacation next week. We reviewed this idea during our morning assembly today.
Finally, a warm welcome to Demetros Koutsos, our new morning custodian!
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, we have so much to be thankful for!

Fammatre Giving Campaign 22-23
Thank you again for your contributions to the Giving Campaign. If you have not had the opportunity to do so, we would appreciate any donation amount that is in your budget. Don't forget to ask your employer if they will match your donation!
The Giving Campaign is our main source of income for the following year. What we can fundraise from the Giving Campaign (along with the secondary Monster Boogie Bash, Starlight Auction, and Fun Run fundraisers) will directly determine our budget for the next school year. We want to continue to pay for 100% of Makerspace, 100% field trips for each class, 100% school supplies, and also give our teachers a budget for their classrooms, among many other items that the Home & School Club pays for each year. The Giving Campaign allows us to continue to put on community events and fun assemblies and activities that our kids look forward to.
We will continue to accept donations all school year, so if it's not in the budget for this year, please consider donating early in 2023. fammatrehsc.com Thank you!
