News for you!

Report Cards Envelopes- Please sign and return the envelopes your child's report card came home in so I can ensure everyone received theirs!

Candy- We are running a little low on our candy supply. If you would like to donate some that would be great. The students tend to snag the chocolate first :)

Winter Party- Our winter party will be on December 18th from 1:50--3:00.

We are starting Unit 5 this week. This unit covers fractions. We will begin with concepts such as greatest common factor, least common multiple, simplifying fractions, improper fractions, and mixed numbers. Math boxes for this unit will be due on December 17th, and the test will be on the 18th.

Social Studies

We finished up creating our characters and will continue to create our scene of Colonial Boston. We will also be researching events such as The French and Indian War, The Sons of Liberty, Taxation without Representation, Boston Tea Party, and the Boston Massacre. These events were significant to the American Revolution and aid in the understanding of the war.
