February 2021
A Note from your Coordinator
It's officially American Heart Month! This month we will be spotlighting and educating about the #1 cause of death in the United States, heart disease. In this newsletter, you will want to check out:
- Heart Trivia Contest
- Healthy Heart Information

We are doing amazing things everyday in Oak Ridge Schools! I would love to highlight that in this newsletter. If your school is doing something to improve health, please let me know. As always, follow CSH on facebook and twitter for the most up to date information.

Good luck!
Congratulations to Glenwood Elementary and Oak Ridge High School!
Congratulations to Glenwood Elementary and Oak Ridge High School for winning the RETHINK YOUR DRINK competition last week! Glenwood filled up 983 bottles of water to win the elementary division and ORHS filled up 413 to win the middle/high school division.
Thanks to all the schools that participated and encouraged their students and staff to rethink their drink and choose water over sugary beverages.
