No man or woman can be held in a court of law under unless summoned by a grand jury or be indicted for the same crime twice or be indicted by him or her itself.

OJ Simpson Trial

On the 7th of September in 1995, OJ Simson was tried for the murder of his wife. While on trial Detective Mark Fuhrman invoked the fifth amendment and refused to testify for Simpsons case. In other words, Simpson was found guilty and in 2008 was sentenced to 33 years in federal prison with an eligiblility for parole in 2017.
