News From 303!

Ms. Katie, Ms. Hannah, and Ms. Lesley

...And we're back!

It's been a whirlwind since Spring Break! We've been working extremely hard to finish the bulk of our PARCC testing and complete our expedition. A few updates to keep you up to speed below.

Monday, May 23rd, 7pm

1227 4th Street Northeast

Washington, DC

Our class presentation will be in the 5th grade classrooms, followed by a brief drama performance on the Green. It is really important that students are present for this event as it will be extremely difficult to complete our performances without each individual there to play their role!

RSVPs are enabled for this event.

Field Study on Friday, May 27th

We will be taking a trip to the Newseum to see the continuation of our Expedition studies in their Bill of Rights presentation. We will depart school following our community meeting that Friday and return by 3:00. Students will need to bring their lunch in a small backpack that they will carry for the day. Students who receive school lunch will have a lunch provided.

Shadow Days

Students who requested to attend middle school shadow days will be visiting the middle school tomorrow (5/9) morning from 8:45-10:25. Please make sure students are at school on time so they are able to attend.

Thank you so much for your lovely teacher appreciation gifts and notes! It meant so much!
