Keystone Exams for 10th Grade

The Keystone Exam dates for 10th Grade:

Biology Exam: Tuesday, 6/1 & Wednesday 6/2

Literature Exam: Monday 6/7 & Tuesday 6/8

Algebra 1 Exam: Monday 6/14 & Tuesday 6/15

*Students with last names A-K will test during the morning 7:50am - 10:30am

*Students with last names L-Z will test during the afternoon 11:50am - 2:30pm

*No eating during testing; masks must be worn in the building.

End of 4th Quarter!

Grades for the 4th Quarter close at the end of the day on Friday, June 4th!

There will be an Open Zoom Day on Thursday, June 3rd from 10am -Noon and 1pm - 3pm. This is your last chance to get assistance from your teachers and improve your grade! Teachers can be accessed using their class Zoom link.

Report Cards will be mailed the week of 6/14. Students who fail the semester will be required to complete Credit Recovery during the summer.

Wednesday, June 9th: Device drop-off and Graduation Materials Pick Up!

Seniors must return their school issued Ipads to the school building on Weds. 6/9!

Seniors with last name beginning with A through McGuigan should arrive at 9am.

Seniors with last name McKeefery through Z should arrive at 11am.

Seniors will be receiving their graduation tickets, cap & gown, yearbook, senior class shirt, class ring, etc.

We will be having an in person graduation ceremony for the Class of 2021 on Friday, June 11th at Subaru Park (The Philadelphia Union Soccer Stadium) at 10am (arrival by 9:15am). Seniors will receive 6 guest tickets. (Graduate does not require a ticket). Tickets are not required for small children under 8.

School iPad/Chromebook Return

We are asking students to return their school issued iPads, Chromebooks, and internet hot spots to the school building on the following dates/times:

9th Grade: Wednesday, June 16th

Students with last name A-M at 9am; Students with last name N-Z at 11am

10th Grade: Return devices when you come to school building for Keystone Exams on Monday, June 7th or Tuesday, June 8th

11th Grade: Tuesday, June 15th

Students with last name A-M at 9am; Students with last name N-Z at 11am

Join us for a "Summer Of Achievement and Rejuvenation" at CAMP S.O.A.R.!

This free enrichment camp for Philadelphia E&T students will take place over a two week period (date depending on grade student is entering) and will consist of STEAM, ART, TECH, CAREER/COLLEGE PREP, FIELD TRIPS, AND MORE! Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily.

DATES: Rising 11th grade June 22nd - June 30th , Rising 10th graders July 7th - July 15th , Rising 9th graders July 20th - July 29th

ESY Programming

PETCHS is excited to host both VIRTUAL and IN PERSON Extended School Year (ESY) Programming for eligible students with IEPs. Students enrolled in ESY programming will participate in small group classes, with an academic emphasis on math skills, reading skills and writing skills!

Virtual and In Person ESY will run from June 22nd through July 29th - 9am to 11am. This program will be mixed grade levels - with guest appearances from some of your favorite teachers and school counselors.
