If We Kiss
By: Rachel Vail
What is a girl to do when she's fallen for the one guy who she should stay away from??
If We Kiss is the story of Charlotte, who finds herself falling for a boy who is off-limits. Her best friend, Tess, eventually starts dating Charlie's crush, Kevin. To make it even worse, Charlotte's divorced mom starts dating Kevin's father! Rachael Vail exploits an unusual "chic-lit" text tied with a lot of humor. This book would most likely be enjoyed by (obviously) females with spare time to spend reading humorous love drama
“I didn't care who kissed you first as long as I kissed you last.”

"Thank you Charlie," she said. "Thank you for being my best woman. You are, you know. You're the best woman I know."
