Using Narrator in Windows
What does narrator do?
Using the narrator tool will read aloud what appears on the screen to the person. This tool can also read what the user types on the computer.
The user can look up or have someone teach them the short cuts that can help a user specify what they want to be read to them.
How to access this tool:
1. Go to settings.
2. Click on Ease of Access center.
3. Click on Narrator on the left hand side of the screen.
4. Turn narrator on.

How can you use this in the classroom?
This would be a great tool for students with a visual impairment or language issues that would benefit from things being read to them. For students with language issues, they could use the feature of having things that they type read to them so they can listen to see if their writing makes sense.
