OPEN BOARD POSITIONS
PASI has three open board positions beginning July 1. Elections will be held in April with new members introduced at our April 27 general meeting. If you are interested in running for one of the available positions, please submit a statement with the name of the position you are interested in and a 100 word introduction of yourself and your reason for running. This will be used in the election ballot.
Open positions are:
General Board Member (2)
Each of the two available open board member positions is a two-year commitment, with a possibility of running again to serve up to two more two-year terms.
Vice President
The vice president/president/president emeritus position is a three-year commitment, with the elected person serving their first year as vice president, the next year as president, and the third year as president emeritus. This position is open to anyone and does not need to be filled by a current board member.
Please send your self-nomination to pasi.sf.sd@gmail.com
SEEKING HOST FAMILIES
We are looking for more host families for the 2020-2021 school year. In 2019-20, our program hired 15 interns. In order to bring a similar number to Sioux Falls next year we need host families. All families are welcome to host: two-parent families, single-parent families, families with one child or those with lots of children. Families who love to stay at home and those who are constantly on the go - we want all of you!
If you are interested in hosting, or if you have questions about what it takes to host an intern, please reach out to one of our intern-host family coordinators, Megan Konz or Shelley Nolan-Hefty.
If you have been considering hosting and are ready to commit, please complete the host family application:
