Foothill MS Community Memo

October 4, 2021

Monday, October 11--Student Holiday (Teacher In-Service Day)

Hello Foothill Community!

In this memo you will find lots of information. We have a Dine and Donate tomorrow, Tuesday, October 5; I am hosting a Virtual Visit w/Vaiana this Friday, October 8 at 8:30am; the intradistrict transfers for 6th-12th grade window is open, and so much more. Please read below.

Sincerely your principal, Mrs. Vaiana

Finally an opportunity to get our library books to your student!

Currently we do not have a librarian or instructional media assistant so our media center is not open to students due to supervision. HOWEVER we have found a solution.
  • Your child can log onto the catalog and look for a book.
  • Once they find the book they'd like they need to fill out this form to reserve and check out a library reading book.
  • Reservations must be in by Tuesdays 8:00 am for pickup during Advisory on Thursdays.
  • Ask your advisory teacher for a pass to pickup your library book on Thursday.

Intradistrict Transfers for 2022-2023 Grades 6-12

School Donations at the Foothill MS Webstore

Foothill Middle School appreciates the support families provide through donations for our classes. All Donations are collected through the Foothill MS Webstore, found at that link or on our homepage.

  • Donations provide materials, which include licensing, software programs, and supplies; this is especially true of elective classes.
  • All the materials (whether tangible or not) are designed to aid students in learning and developing their skills.
  • These are ONLY for Foothill MS students. Donations do not feed into the District funds. T
  • All donations are tax deductible (tax ID#68-0091157). Any contribution is greatly appreciated.

This is not the PFA ED Fund.
