12/02/2019
I hope you enjoyed Thanksgiving Break! This year I am so very thankful for working with such a hardworking team and with such amazing students! I know I don’t say it nearly enough, THANK-YOU for being you and doing what you do every day. I hope that each of you had time to relax, enjoy food, your kiddos, and friends. We have three solid weeks of instruction before we go on break. Please encourage your child to continue reading at home during this break. Soon after we return in January we will begin our middle of the year assessments. The expectation is that every student makes a half years of growth. Our students have worked very hard- so I am confident that we can meet this goal. If I don't see you before the break, I hope you have a wonderful holiday season!
STAFF & STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN SPREADING THE HOLIDAY CHEER!

Absence Notes & Tardies
We have noticed many students tardy this week, please make sure to bring your child on time to school. Every minute they are late, they are missing valuable instructional time.
If your child had to stay home due to being sick, please make send a doctor note or parent note to school within 3 days after your child returns. Please include the child's first and last name, date of absence, and reason in the note. Our registrar is Miriam Ruvalcaba. Her email is miriam.ruvalcaba@pfisd.net
