Announcements for the Week of November 6-10, 2017
Veteran's Day Concert
Transportation: Please make sure you have a system that you are following for dismissal. Check bus tags for bus riders. Make sure students are LISTENING for bus calls and it is quiet in the classroom. Wait for the "That's all the buses" call before leaving so that if you need to be contacted by office staff we can locate you on campus.
Lost and Found: There is a new rack on the office and it will be rolled out into the front hallway by the K- kids on occasion. Send lost and found items to the office.
Walkies and Emergency Bags: Please take walkies to recess and other activities if you leave the classroom. Teachers are the preferred carriers of red bags for identification reasons by law enforcement. Please do not leave bags outside for any period of time or unaccompanied as student information is inside.
It's Lonely Without You: Grade levels should have at LEAST one person at PTA sponsored events. ALL staff with students performing in the event should be in attendance. Students love to see his/her teacher, and we often need help for crowd control and event coordination. Please document who attended in PLT minutes at the meeting following the event. Check the GOOGLE calendar for upcoming events.
Friday/Holiday: This Friday is a HOLIDAY- enjoy your time away!
Decorations: If you are decorating, please avoid the color RED on doors and windows. No door should be covered by more than 1/3 with paper due to fire code. Remember to include ALL beliefs or make it general.
