Grant process update
Grant application process
The Wildcat Foundation is pleased to provide support to teachers, coaches and students in the Mechanicsburg Area School District by way of our annual grant-funding process.
The foundation will distribute more than $89,000 in grant funds to MASD programs for the 2023-24 school year. The funds distributed align with our mission to strengthen the educational, cultural, wellness and athletic programs of the Mechanicsburg Area School District.
The application process for the 2024-25 grant cycle is open.
Your signed application must be submitted by Jan. 14, 2024
Upon receipt, the foundation will forward your completed application to the appropriate principal/athletic director for his/her review, comments, and signature.
Applications will be reviewed and funding recommendations made by a committee of our volunteer board of directors. Historically, funds granted range between $100-$6,000 per grant (EITC funds grants may be higher, based on those available designated funds).
The foundation's goal is to provide some level of funding for each program or forward the request for possible school district funding.
Please contact Foundation Executive Director Jeff Pratt at jpratt@mbgsd.org with questions.
