Track Qualifies 11 For State Championships
The Boys and Girls Track program had a lot to be happy about following the State Sectional Meet at MICDS on Saturday. The Vikings advanced 11 to the State Meet next Friday and Saturday in Jefferson City. Congratulations to the following student-athletes on a great State Sectional Meet and good luck this coming week at the State Meet.

Three Girls LAX Players Earn All-Conference Honors
Three Howell Lady Vikings Lacrosse players were recently named to the All-Conference Team. Danielle Robinson, Marissa Guenther and Emily Eberwine were selected all-conference performers in only the third season of lacrosse at Howell. Congratulations to these young ladies on a great accomplishment.

24 Howell Students Inducted Into International Thespian Society
The Francis Howell High School’s Limelight Theatre would like to congratulate the following students who have been inducted into the International Thespian Society for 2018. These students have contributed over 100 hours of work in the theatre to earn placement in this Honor Society for Drama Students.

Sydney Gibson, Lily Moore, Lynsey Putnam, Chloee Rudolph, Kayla Sanchez, Samantha Temper, Katelyn Traluch, Marissa Verhaeg, Santino Bono, Blake Cissell, Jaleacia Evans, Samuel Figgins, Ainslee Harkins, Christopher Mosher, Molly Quick, Dena Russom, Nicholas Smith, Katie Thuet, Isadora Vaccaro and Elisbeta Vondera.
In addition, the FHHS Limelight Theatre Thespian Troupe #1917 acknowledges the following Honor Thespians for 2018. These Seniors completed over 600 hours of outstanding contribution and work in the theatre and are awarded Honor Cords to wear at graduation, making them Honor Thespians. Congratulations to Honor Thespian Mateo Flores with 610 hours and Honor Thespian Simon Travers with 600 hours.
Limelight Theatre would also like to congratulate the following students for their outstanding and exceptional contributions to the Limelight Theatre. Honor Thespian Erin Zhang for completing over 700 hours and Honor Thespian Jake Conrad for completing over 800 hours of service. These numbers are the exception and an impressive achievement.

Flynn & Enos End Howell Wrestling Careers Nationally Ranked
Congratulations to both Jack Flynn and Peter Enos on ending their high school careers by being ranked nationally at their respective weight classes. Both Flynn & Enos won State Championships this season and will both wrestle at the college level. Jack will further his education and wrestling career at the University of Missouri and Peter will attend and wrestle at McKendree University. Congratulations to these soon to be Howell alums!

Fall Meet the Coaches Set For July 25th
The fall season "Meet the Coaches" has been set for July 25th. Eligibility paperwork turn in will begin at 5:15 p.m. in the high school commons with the meeting portion of the evening beginning at 6:00 p.m. All eligibility paperwork must be complete to be turned in. All students participating in a fall MSHSAA sponsored activity must have this completed prior to the first day on August 6th. It is recommended that all paperwork be turned in at the "Meet the Coaches" event on July 25th. To ensure participation on August 6th all fully complete paperwork must be turned in no later than August 2nd at noon. A link to all eligibility paperwork can be found below.

The summer, fall, winter, and spring dead periods for the 2018-19 school year have been released. The MSHSAA dates can be found below. We hope that this information helps all Vikings and their families coordinate and prepare for the summer and sports seasons ahead during the 18-19 school year.
