Keeping you Informed
Good Morning! As we Spring ahead this week it is always tough on not only us as staff but students as well. Everyone's biological clocks are out of wack for a few days as we readjust. This is a week for a bit more patience as we all adjust. We do have rain the forecast for the week, therefore, we will only let students head to classrooms after the first 7 minutes of lunch to minimize distractions and students wandering the campus. If you are going to open your room at lunch please let David and myself know so we can monitor where students are going. Stay dry this week and hopefully the craziness of a full moon and Friday the 13th stay at bay. Lastly, are you running/walking in the REACH 5k/2k this weekend? Please encourage your students to participate as we get $5 for each participant and there is an added bonus for the school with the highest participation. Below are a video and articles about formative assessment. The first article has 53 ways to check for understanding which offers many creative ways to see if your students are understanding what you have taught. Have a great week!
