Registration Information for Currently Enrolled Families

Please read all of the information contained within this email as our Registration process for the 2016-2017 school year has CHANGED. In order to better serve you and streamline the process, you will be asked to come on a specific day to register during the week of "registration for Currently Enrolled Families." Please note that registration runs 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the designated dates. Having families come on different days according to their requested spot in our program will greatly help streamline the process of re-enrolling your child. Please do not let this discourage you as the wishes of our currently enrolled families play a big part in our class placement process. In order to secure your spot, the registration fee will need to be paid at this time.

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

In an effort to better serve you face-to-face and ensure that your child's information and enrollment is correct, we ask that you follow this schedule for our currently enrolled families. You may come to our front desk between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the designated day.


TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 9th from 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.:

Those wishing to register for 4-DAY CLASSES ONLY


WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10th from 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.:

Those wishing to register for 3-DAY CLASSES ONLY


THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11th from 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.:

Those wishing to register for 2-DAY* CLASSES ONLY

*For our Younger Preschool classes (2-months to transitional 3's), we offer a 2-day option of T/Th OR W/F. For our Older Preschool classes (children turning 3 prior to 9/1/16 and up), we offer a 2-day option of T/TH ONLY. All families wishing to enroll in any 2-day class should register on Thursday, January 11th.


FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12th from 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.:

You may come and register if you are unsure of the number of days or missed your designated day to register.


This system is being put in place to help us as a staff better serve our families and streamline the process, rather than having all families coming at the same time. It is our hope that you will find this a much easier process!

What Do I Need to Register My Child?

The only form that you will need to register your child is our REGISTRATION CONTRACT which has already gone home in your child's backpack, or can be found by clicking here .


You will need to come in to our office on the date specified based on the number of days you are wanting to enroll your child between the hours of 9:00a.m - 12:00p.m.


We will verify your account information we have on file, make any changes needed and secure your child's spot with a non-refundable registration fee payable at that time. You may pay your registration fee by cash, check payable to THBC, MasterCard or VISA.


We will do our best to form our classes around the requests of our currently enrolled families. As we go through the detailed process of making our class lists in the following months, we will contact any families on an individual case-by-case basis to discuss options with them should we encounter a rare situation where a request cannot be honored.

REGISTRATION FEES AND TUITION

2016-2017 registration fees and tuition have been posted to our website and can be found by clicking here.


Beginning in our 2016-17 school year, we will go to using our Tuition Express program for all families. We are excited to introduce this automatic payment process through Tuition Express. It is no longer necessary for you to write a check for tuition and fees. Your bank or credit card account will be safely and securely debited by Tuition Express and you can be emailed a receipt for each transaction. It's easy to sign up - just ask us! - and you never have to worry about missing tuition deadlines again!

KNOW OTHER FAMILIES LOOKING TO REGISTER AT THE CDC?

If you know any families looking to register at the CDC that are NOT currently enrolled, you may refer them to our website at www.theheightscdc.com for all registration information. We will open registration to these families on a first-come, first-served space-available basis on the following schedule:


February 16th at 9:00 a.m.: Members of The Heights Baptist Church

February 23rd at 9:00 a.m.: Community


Please be sure that if you are a currently enrolled family that is looking to return next year that you have enrolled your child during the week of February 9th. Once registration opens to other families, our classes fill very quickly and waiting lists are formed.
