Campus Meeting
May 17th During Lions Lunch, please plan on attending an informational meeting in room C113. The meeting will last roughly 15 minutes. There will be two sessions. Please attend the meeting at the scheduled time listed below with your department.

Reducing The Number of Uncovered Classes
1. Your DC will email the beginning of month to alert team of their absence and ask for department members upcoming absences.
2. The purpose is not asking permission, but just informing your DC.
3. When you are out, your DC or a team member will check with your sub multiple times a day to make sure they have everything they need
4. Call the sub the night before to thank them for coming in and give “in person” any particular details you feel the need to. Their number will be listed on the sub job.
Mini Master Schedules
1. the number of sections needed for your content area
2. room assignments (if necessary)
3. needs and student course requests
4. planning periods
After you discuss the master schedule with your team and there is consensus, your DC will submit it to Tracie.
Lockdown Reminders
We will have a an unannounced lockdown drill before the end of school. Please make sure you remember the important reminders when you hear Lockdown...Locks...Lights...Out of Sight. During a lockdown, I will communicate with you by text using Remind. If you have not signed up to receive my Remind notifications, please text @mclions1 and send it to 81010.

End of Year Cookout
We will have our annual end of the year cookout on May 30th. We ask that your department bring side dishes, while the admin team will provide the hot dogs and hamburgers, brisket and soft drinks.
