SCHEDULE BEGINNING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14
Preschool & Kindergarten Everyday
Preschool students will attend Monday -Thursday each week as directed by their programming. No preschool on Fridays.
Kindergarten students will attend Monday - Friday each week.

MORNING SESSION 9:05 AM – 12:07 PM (Wednesday 9:20 - 12:15)
AFTERNOON SESSION 12:53 (Doors Open) - 3:55 PM (Wednesday 1:00 - 3:55)

Preschool and Kindergarten Parents may escort their child to their outside classroom door where the teachers will be waiting. Students only will enter the classroom. See arrival and dismissal information below for more details.
Alternating Days First - Fifth Grade
Remote Day Expectations - First through Fifth Grade
- Students will be provided assigned tasks to complete on their Remote Days at home.
- Assigned tasks/assignments are required. Tasks will build on classroom instruction, focus on priority standards, and be primarily independent.
- Assigned tasks/assignments will be on the LANDING PAGE in the LANDING PAD CHANNEL. Students should start there on Remote Days at home.
- Classroom Teachers will have one live opportunity or check in. Some grade levels may provide more including live instruction.
- Attendance will be recorded based on activity on Teams (accessing Landing Page), completing iReady or online programs, or attending live opportunities. Students will not be marked absent when connectivity issues occur.
- It is important to note, assignments and tasks will prepare students for the next face to face learning day. If tasks/assignments are not completed, teachers may require they be done when the student returns to school.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR YELLOW
Masks & Physical Distancing
- All staff and students must wear a face mask or face shield.
- Lanyards will be provided and kept at school for all students to help manage masks.
- Even with masks, physical distancing will be expected and reinforced.
- Mask breaks and fresh air will be provided frequently as everyone adjusts to wearing face coverings.
Waterbottles
- Students should bring a personal water bottle labeled with first and last name.
- Only water should be brought to school as a beverage. No soda, sports drinks, or flavored water even in lunches. Milk can be purchased for lunch.
- Drinking fountains will not be available.
- Students will be allowed to fill their water bottles in the classroom.
Lunch
- Lunch will be eaten in the classroom.
- School Lunch/Hot lunch will be delivered to the classroom as a Sack Lunch.
- Students will eat only their food.
- Lunch boxes and containers need to fit in a student's back pack.
- No glass containers or bottles.
- Avoid liquids or messy food items.
- Water and milk (purchased at school) only for beverage in classrooms.
Arrival to School - First Bell 9:05 AM
- Campus opens at 8:45 AM. Students arriving prior to 8:45 AM will remain in vehicles or at perimeter of campus. It is preferred students arrive closer to the start of the day at 9:00 AM since there will be no before school play time.
- The playground will be closed before school.
- Students will go directly to their classrooms using the outside classroom doors.
- Students only are allowed on classroom walkways and beyond the yellow gates on campus. Preschool and Kinder Parents may escort to the outside classroom door but may not enter the classroom.
- It is preferred parents use the drive-thru parent loop by remaining in their vehicle and pulling forward to drop off students.
Recess
Yes, we will have recess!
Teachers may also add additional fresh air breaks and mask breaks throughout the day.
Dismissal from School
- A staggered dismissal will be in place.
- All students will be placed in a DISMISSAL GROUP based on information provided by parents/guardians.
- Dismissal groups should remain consistent. Changes in end of the day routines should be avoided. Changes must be communicated to the teacher in advance.
- Backpacks will be tagged by color based on Dismissal Group.

PARENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISMISSAL:
Our goal is to avoid crowds of adults and students and maintaining physical distance while getting everyone home safe. Please help us by following the guidelines and avoid staging or waiting areas. If you are out of your vehicle or on campus, a mask is required.
- WALKERS/WHEELS: If you are meeting your child to WALK HOME or RIDE BIKES/SCOOTERS, wait for your child on the grass area near the bike racks or at the gate near the back field/Dixon Crossing.
- PRESCHOOL - If you are a preschool parent, park your car, use the parking lot cross walk. Meet your child and the teacher on the grass area directly in front of the outside classroom door.
- K-5 PICK UP: If you are picking your child up in a VEHICLE, use the drive thru parent loop. Remain in your vehicle and continue to pull forward until you reach your child's loading zone. Students will be lined up by grade level in the same location everyday. If you have multiple children, you will be pulling forward and loading at multiple loading zones based on grade level. If you are parked in a parking spot, use the crosswalk once your child is visible in the grade level pick up zone.

Visitors / Parents on Campus
- Staff and students only will be permitted in the building beyond the Main Office.
- When visiting the office, parents/visitors will wear masks/face coverings.
- Parents/Guardians and visitors are not allowed to enter the hallways or classroom areas.
- Volunteers will not be permitted until further notice.
- Arrival: Parents/Guardians will drop students off at the front of the building.
- Students only will be allowed on classroom walkways and beyond the yellow gates on campus. PK and Kinder parents may escort to the outside classroom door but not enter the classroom.
- Parents will call or email teachers to share information or set up meetings. Drop in visits or door conversations will be avoided.
- Dismissal: Parents/Guardians will communicate a consistent dismissal routine. Parents will meet students off campus, wait in vehicles until students are brought to the front of the building, or use the drive-thru parent loop by remaining in vehicle and pulling forward to load student(s).
We love having parents on our campus and volunteering! We are all looking forward to the day this can happen again!
