It's A Great Day To Be A Wildcat!

FROM THE DESK OF DR. GOLDEN

It is hard to believe that we are in the 4th Quarter of this school year already. I greatly appreciate the hard work of all students, teachers, staff members, and parents to make a difficult school year successful. It has been anything but ordinary and you have all done a wonderful job of adapting to the changes. We are in the middle of our ACAP state testing. Eighth grade students have completed their tests. Our sixth grade, seventh grade, and all students who receive special services will test in the weeks following Spring Break. Specifically, the seventh grade will test on Tuesday (4/13), Wednesday (4/14), Thursday (4/15), and Friday (4/16). Sixth grade will test on Monday (4/19), Tuesday (4/20), Wednesday (4/21), Thursday (4/22), and Friday (4/23). Parents of students who receive special services have received a phone call for specific test dates for their students. All testing updates will be communicated through our phone message calls and the Lott Middle Facebook page. Please make sure that students are getting adequate rest and arriving at school on time so that they can eat a good breakfast before taking their tests. Again, I would like to thank you all for your support of Lott Middle School and I hope that you all have an enjoyable Spring Break! Go Wildcats!

Great Job LMS Students!

Andrew Edmonds, our Red Ribbon leader, led a successful donation drive to help those who have been affected by COVID-19. The students of LMS raised $350.00. The money was donated to the World Health Organization.

Spring Training for Football

Information was sent home last week regarding spring training for the 2021 LMS Football Season. Spring training will begin on Monday, April 26th and it will end on Friday, May 7th. There is a $50.00 fee to be eligible to play. Also, players are also required to order a practice shirt and shorts from the online store posted below. There is a hoodie and a visor available as well. However, they are not required. Please place your orders online by April 7th.
