One of Our Favorite Detox Recipes
My family and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Squeaky Clean Slow Cooker Beouf Bourgignon! I'm not sure what it is I love about it because I usually don't care for beef stew, but the combo of rutabega and dijon mustard makes this thing pop! Typically I serve it over cheesy quinoa (quinoa cooked in chicken broth, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and a T of dijon), but if you are knee-high in your 30 Days to Healthy Living Detox, you should stay away from cheese a little bit longer.
In the recipe linked below, it calls for tapioca starch and bone broth. If you don't have those things, you can use corn starch for the tapioca starch, and chicken broth for the bone broth.
