Welcome Back!

Hey Panthers! We know we are off to an unusual start this year, but the counseling department wants you to know how excited we are to work and help with all of your college, career and military plans. We have some exciting information, and lots of great resources for you to use, so make sure that you are checking back often and following us on twitter. KISD: FAFSA Assistance Nights - October 29 and November 10

College financial aid representatives will be on hand to answer questions about completing the 2021-2022 FAFSA.

Dual Credit Start Date

All dual credit courses taught on campus by Klein teachers will start on September 8th – January 15th. However, any courses taught by LSC professors at Klein Oak such as Business Information Management 2 or any other courses taken directly at Lonestar college will start on August 24th- Dec.13th. Students taking BIM 2 and other courses taken directly at LSC are expected to log into their D2L account on August 24th to begin working on their course. I have attached instructions on how students can access their D2L account.

Transcript Request Link

The transcript request form can be found here.

You MUST request your transcript from the Klein Oak Registar.

Once requested from the registrar you and/or your counselor will be able to access a copy of your transcript and provide uploading requests. Each upload is a separate request.

For any transcript questions or concerns, please email: koregistrar@kleinisd.net

  • Fees for transcripts are currently still being waived
  • You must submit a separate form for each transcript you are requesting.
  • All unofficial transcripts that are requested will be mailed and NOT available to pick up in person.

College Visit Information

Juniors and Seniors! Remember if you go to campus to take a college visit, you must bring an official letter, on college letterhead, to attendance when you return to school.

The letter must include:

  • Name
  • Date of Visit

You are able to take TWO college visits per year!
