Learn about Different Aspects of your body.
Different body parts will be addressed each week in yoga postures. You will learn how prevent injury and discomfort and use your body safely to achieve maximum strength and efficiency. We'll explore the wrists and arms, knees, pelvis, feet, core, opening the chest, shoulders, head and eyes. Guaranteed to be informative and fun. A GREAT compliment to any other yoga class you are taking or have taken.
