50 Days of Freedom

Week 3

Building Community in Your Small Group

As I write this, we have 502 Freedom small groups! (37 of those are online groups.)

I pray your groups are going really well and you're having great discussion, awesome prayer, and God is moving in your group.

Here is a training video I recorded a few years ago. I discuss how to build community in your small group. People come to church for a variety of reasons, but they usually stay because of the relationships they form. And we build relationships at Vineyard Church primarily in small groups.

Free Resource: Right Now Media

Vineyard Church subscribes to a service, RightNowMedia, that is the "Netflix" of group studies. There are thousands of studies available to you right at your fingertips. We pay a monthly fee to allow anyone who attends Vineyard Church access to this resource. If you don't currently have access, click here to request access. As you look through the site, you may get an idea for your group's next study.

Praying For You

If you have not checked to see who is praying for you, click here, look your name up, and send an email to your prayer warrior. They have committed to pray for you and your group each day during the 50 Days of Freedom. Feel free to email them prayer requests for yourself or your group.

Final Words

If you missed last week's email, you can read it here. It has links to all the resources and training you'll need to host your group.

Have a great week!
