Positive affirmation I can use
To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will eat healthy, exercise daily, get 8 hours of sleep and wash my hands often. Also mange stress and frustration in a positive way because a healthy mind equals a healthy body.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by seeing pain as a positive thing. What I will gain from that "pain" is it will tell me what to do and what not to do it will tell me to make a change or see things differently. I will learn from my pain and as a result I will no longer experience that pain and I will be a happier person.
