Tuesday- Tutu Tuesday: Related Arts, Others and Admin to wear tutus to celebrate a successful Run-A-Thon. If you would like to wear a tutu and jeans to celebrate with us please feel free to do so!

    All Hands on Deck

    Because we require all hands on deck for both field days, there will be no related arts on these days. Also, there will not be related arts on half days. These teachers will be available to assist you if needed on these days.

    Display Case Items

    If you have items in the display case please get these. This case will be removed this summer.

    Half Day Lunch Schedule

    June 3 and June 4

    K 9:35 or are welcome to go after breakfast and refrigerate lunches in rooms

    Because of 5th grade graduation on June 4th, each teacher will need to go to the back door of the cafeteria (which is outside of the black fence...not the door you stand near when dumping trays) to pick up bagged lunches for their class. They will be boxed for you. Please access the cafeteria from the outside of the building instead of going down the hallway so there are no disruptions during the graduation ceremony.

    The times listed above are your assigned times to pick up lunches, when you eat is up to you keeping in mind items should be kept cold.

    School Supply List Input

    The district has asked for our input regarding the school supply list. If you have items that you would like to be added to or taken off of the current list please email these to be before June 5.

    A Message of Unity

    Check out an article here from The Herald that shows Ebinport students joining forces with SPHS to paint a Unity mural in downtown Rock Hill! Thank you, Mr. Matthews for all the work you have done to prepare students for this adventure! Ebinport if blessed to have you!

    Foundation Grants and Student Awards

    2015-2016 Education Foundation Grant Opportunities:

    The Rock Hill Schools Education Foundation is pleased to announce new opportunities to apply for grants! Our Education Foundation’s Grant Patrol delivered $86,000 to classrooms throughout our district this year. Foundation board members and donors are eager to award more grants next year. Summer 2015 proposals will be accepted until Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Awards will be granted in August. Please remit your grant request electronically.

    Student Celebration Awards:

    The Rock Hill Schools Education Foundation would like to honor exceptional students. Eligible students must be currently enrolled in a Rock Hill School and may be nominated for making extraordinary overall gains during the 2014-2015 academic year. Extraordinary measures may include academic, behavioral, and/or social gains. Nominations will be accepted until Monday, June 29, 2015. The Foundation will recognize selected students at a celebration event on Thursday, August 20th in the evening.

    Building Open

    The building will be open on Saturday, June 6 from 10:00-5:00 and on Sunday from 1:00-6:00. If you wish to work on Saturday or Sunday you need to be here at the opening time because your badges will not give you access to the building. Please keep in mind, when you leave you will be locked out. If you are planning on working please keep your key and return to Mr. H on June 8 or 9 to complete your checkout list.

    If you have any questions about this please contact Mr. Hollingsworth. He has graciously agreed to open the building these two days.

    Retentions

    Please send me a list of any students being retained. There are very few of these, however, these students need to be coded in PowerSchool.

    T-Shirt Design

    If you are interested in creating a design for the Ebinport Back to School t-shirt please send me your idea electronically before leaving for the summer. Also, don't forget to put your shirt size at the top of the end of the year check out list. Assistants and all other staff members who don't complete the check out list, please click here to submit your shirt size.
