Stroller needed

Erin School is in need of a open front and light weight stroller that would be able to seat a child weight between 40 to 50 pounds. If you have one in your garage or basement and would like it to go to a new home, please consider donating it to the school. Please call Dr. Kriewaldt before you send anything to school just in case we have already found one. Thank you.

Radio Control (RC) car's Day

On December 21st, the boys and girls in grades 5-K to 5th grade are invited to bring their RC cars so we can drive them during noon recess. Our hope is to drive them on the black top but if we have snow or slush, we will try to move it to the appropriate hallways/gym.

Each child is responsible for their car, so make sure they have fresh batteries. This is not a smash up derby event, but something is bound to get broke so please be forewarned.

Winter clothing

Winter is here! Please make sure your child has adequate winter gear. Students go outside unless the wind chill is below 5 degrees.

Also make sure you label your student's jacket, snow pants, hat, gloves etc.

Our lost and found is pretty full so come see if anything belongs to your child.

How You can Help Erin School

*Volunteer Grant Programs-Do you volunteer at Erin School? Did you know that volunteer grants are charitable gifts given to non-profit organizations by corporations in recognition of volunteer work being done by a company's employees. Check with your employer if they participate and consider Erin School as your non-profit organization. Thank you!

*Donors Choose Projects

Mr. Mueller-Shape Up My Teaching-All donations are currently doubled.

Mrs. Beck-4th grade-Computer Kit

Thank you to those families that ordered Goeman's BP Gift Cards. The December sales earned the PTC $1044. These funds will go toward paying off the new playground and adding to it. For those of you who still want to purchase Goeman's BP Gift Cards, it is not too late! The PTC purchased extra cards. These cards will be available until they are sold out. You can fill out the order form and turn it and a check into the school office. In addition, gift cards will be for sale at next week's Middle School Holiday Concert at the Schauer Center so bring cash or a check.
