Tips
- Eat fruits raw in smoothies, salads, or as a whole
- Store in refrigerator, after a couple of days with not use they should be frozen
- Dehydrating
- Use little to no water when cooking
- Reduce exposure from air, light, and water
- Don't peel fruits with edible skins
- Reduce cooking time
- Chop less, this reduces the amount of surface area being exposed to light, hear, and water
