How to Preserve Nutrients in Fruits

  • Eat fruits raw in smoothies, salads, or as a whole
  • Store in refrigerator, after a couple of days with not use they should be frozen
  • Dehydrating
  • Use little to no water when cooking
  • Reduce exposure from air, light, and water
  • Don't peel fruits with edible skins
  • Reduce cooking time
  • Chop less, this reduces the amount of surface area being exposed to light, hear, and water
