Move-a-thon Bingo Fundraiser-Update
WOW! I am SO impressed with our students. As of this morning, we have raised $6,285 during our Move-a-thon. Thank you so much to all the students and families who participated. Your support helps our PTA provide a variety of of amazing educational opportunities for our students. Thank you so much to our PTA board, and in particular, Dana Andress, who chaired this event. Well done Jaguars!
Angel Tree Giving Opportunity 11/9-12/11
This year, our Angel Tree is supporting 15 Jackson families. Jackson has an Amazon Wishlist set up with their wishes/ needs. The list contains household items, coats, shoes, pants, socks, underwear, pajamas, as well as toiletries. Here is the link: Amazon.com. The Wishlist should be set up to mail to Dana Ewert's house directly. Just in case that doesn't work, the delivery address is 2809 NE Jackson School Road, Hillsboro, OR 97124.
In addition, we are also collecting grocery store gift cards for each family, and our student council is running a coin/giftcard drive to support our Angel Tree families. Donations can be dropped off at Jackson Elementary School at the lockbox directly outside our main doors. Thank you for the furniture you have graciously donated; we have collected what our families have requested.
