HISTORY OF COMPUTING

EVERTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT COMPUTING

What is an INPUT device?

An INPUT device is something that you can physically touch and the is were you can make your own data and save your pictures and many more and an input device is something that is connected to the computer and can never be separated like a mouse it is an input because you give it a command and it does that to a computer.

WHAT IS AN OUTPUT DEVICE?

An OUTPUT device is something that physically outputs information on the screen and that has to go somewhere like to be printed.

CPU

A CPU is the part of a computer system that is commonly referred to as the "brains" of a computer. The CPU is also known as the processor or microprocessor. The CPU is responsible for executing a sequence of stored instructions called a program.

POWER SUPPLY

A power supply is an internal hardware component that supplies components in a computer with power. The power supply converts a 110-115 or 220-230 volt alternating current (AC) into a steady low-voltage direct current (DC) usable by the computer and rated by the number of watts it generates.
