Partner Spotlight
Walking School Bus
Through our partnership with of the United Way of Olmsted County, we are able to support a Gage staff member leading the Walking School Bus to and from the Gates apartments daily.
The Gates is one mile from Gage and crosses over two busy roads; over 60 students live at the Gates.
The Walking School Bus provides students with a structure that provides a safe and timely walk to and from school. Not only does the Walking School Bus promote health through daily walking and increased school attendance, but students are able to spend social time with peers connecting outside of the school day.
