Dear Families,

Hybrid or CDL

Will your student stay in CDL for the remainder of the school year OR will your student begin hybrid when it’s safe to do so? You will find information and directions for making your choice on the district Return To School webpage. The decision deadline has been extended to February 18.


Please listen to the recorded Parent Q & A Session - Wednesday, February 10, for a very good conversation about hybrid.


The District released a memorandum summarizing HVAC operations and modifications (as needed) in preparation for hybrid learning. The memorandum is a resource on the steps being taken to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Refer to the linked document to view the memorandum.

DEVICE FEES / TARIFAS DEL DISPOSITIVO

Most families have opted into paying the Beaverton School District’s Student Device Damage and Loss Protection program but have not yet paid the $20 fee. Please pay this fee as soon as possible, as we rely on this money to repair and replace student devices.


The fee is waived for families who qualify for the free or reduced meal benefits program and have completed the Permission to Share Form. If this applies to you, please complete this form.

Wet Weather Doesn’t Mean You Need to Stay Inside !

Join K-12 students and families for a wintery walk or roll in your neighborhood on February 24th!

The following tips can help keep you safe and comfortable while walking and rolling in Winter:

  • Be Safe – Stay 6 feet away from those not in your household and wear a mask.
  • Be Seen – Wear bright, reflective clothing, use a bike light, and stay alert on the dark, winter days.
  • Be Prepared – Dress for the weather. Rain gear and warm layers keep you dry and comfortable all season long.

Appointments are available now!

The button to schedule an online appointment is under the Families tab on the District's website.

To see open appointment slots, families first need to select either Large Family (4 or more students) or Small Family (1 - 3 students). Open appointments for a date selected will be on the right side of the screen. They need to click on a time that works for them and then complete a short form to book the appointment. While online is best, families can call 503-356-4322. (1 for English and 2 for Spanish.)
