What's Happening...

We hope this update finds you well as we all adjust to what is our new normal for the upcoming weeks. We understand this is difficult for everyone and are doing our best to keep students connected to school. We encourage you to reach out through email to administrators or school counselors with any questions, concerns, comments or maybe your child just wants to talk. Upon receiving an email we will determine the best way for this to take place via email, phone or video conference. Our emails can be found below as well as on the school website.

Dr. Branco recently shared a letter in regards to home learning resources to support our students. Starting Monday, students should begin to receive communication from teachers through various online platforms. Many of our teachers utilize Google Classroom, although some may choose to utilize blogs, websites or email. We encourage your child to reach out to their teacher with any questions on provided activities.

Please click here for Home Learning Resources. A link is also available on the THS homepage.

Course Selection Sheets

All students in Grades 9-11 should email a copy of their completed course selection sheet to elizabeth.hartigan@tyngsboroughps.org. Please make sure to scan or take a picture of both sides. Course level change forms should also be emailed.

Seniors should be aware of scholarship deadlines. If transcripts or letters of recommendation are required, please email Mrs. Hartigan with your request. Seniors should also check their email for a Google Doc link. This live document contains updated scholarship application delivery methods for those applications that were to be collected in Student Services and any adjusted deadline dates. These updates are also on Naviance for each affected scholarship.

SAT Update

The May SAT exam has been cancelled. College Board will be providing refunds for those who registered. As of this update, the June SAT exam is scheduled to take place June 6th. We encourage any student that planned to take the May exam to register for the June exam.
