If you don't eat breakfast , you should make a start

Eating breakfast provides an energy boost to the brain, this energy provides the brain better concentration & performance. Fueling your brain is the right thing to do whether you're at the office, in class, or on the go. Overall it’s easier to concentrate with a fuller stomach than a rumbling one.

- Giving a good start to our metabolism in the mornings after a six to eight hour rest aids in the burning of calories .
- When we eat breakfast our body's tend to feel more nourished and satisfied making it less likely to eat greater portions during lunch and dinner. Breakfast also helps to prevent impulse snaking
- Not eating breakfast can be seen as one of the key factors for people being overweight.
