Howdy Menger Parents,
Can you believe it's already April? The time is just flying by. Our students in grades 3-5 will be taking the STAAR test next month and our team is working hard to prepare them.
Next week, our students in 3rd - 5th will be taking the Mock STAAR Test.
April 12 is the Mock Math for students in grades 3, 4, and 5. April 13th is the Reading Mock STAAR Test for students in grades 3, 4, and 5. April 14th is the Science Mock STAAR for 5th grade. Please be sure your child is in attendance for these assessments.
We will use the data to help prepare them for the STAAR test in May.
We appreciate your continued support as we move forward. The contractor has set up on the back field and installed a fence around the construction site to keep our students safe. We had to make a small change to the dismissal route on Brownlee. Students will continue to line up under the pavilion and wait for their car number to be called. They will exit through the fence on Louisiana and Brownlee.
Parents who walk-up to pick up their children are asked to wait at the Stop sign on Southern/Brownlee for a staff member to call your child's number. We need to keep the sidewalk clear for children to safely walk to their vehicles. Thank you so much for your support.
