Milliken's Monthly Media Minute
Cox Mill High Library Media Center

Classes in the Media Center
PLEASE send a PASS with all students you send to the media center!
- CMHS policy is that all students should have a pass when they leave a class. Bringing a pass with both the student and teacher name is the only way that I know students are not skipping class and that and a teacher sent them to work on class assignments. If they do not have a pass, I will send them back to get one.
- Please only send 3 or 4 students at a time with a pass. I have classes scheduled almost every day. If you need to send multiple small groups, please call or email me ahead of time to make sure I have space available and I will add your small groups to the schedule.
- English Teachers - 2nd semester change: Since I do not have student helpers each block, if you want to send small groups to check out books, I need to know ahead of time in case I am co-teaching a lesson.
- Intervention/Enrichment Block: I average 40+ students in the media center during the intervention block, so I do not have space for students to meet their friends from other classes in the library to socialize. Please only send students to work on Intervention/Enrichment assignments. Again, I have space for only about 3 or 4 from each class.
