Welcome, a long-awaited Spring!
This month our staff and students will participate in our APEX FUN RUN fundraiser!
Our classes will join the Apex squad as we embark on an incredible quest in search of the key to becoming great leaders! I love the leadership and character-building portion of this program - the quick, engaging lessons tie in with our school’s vision and mission, encourages students to create a positive environment, and inspires them to lead by example and make a positive impact on the world. Believe it or not, our plans are underway for next year, with schedules being formulated, class lists being organized, and much more. This process plays a big part in our success for the next school year. As we prepare class assignments, the topic of parent requests for teachers must be addressed.
Please permit the PPE teachers to make good decisions concerning your child's 2022-2023 academic placements. Please refrain from requesting specific teachers as this creates an imbalance in the class lists. If you believe your child has any distinctive needs, please put your thoughts in writing and address them to me by May 1st. Be advised that parent requests will not automatically be honored as we must make academically appropriate decisions for every child in our school. Thank you in advance for honoring the teachers' recommendations who have worked with your child this year. As a staff, we are committed to making the start of the new school year a positive experience for students, parents, and teachers.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Grable
