Cosmetic plastic surgery includes surgical and nonsurgical procedures that reshape normal structures of the body in order to improve appearance and self-esteem. Plastic surgery is a personal choice and should be done for yourself, not to fulfill someone else's desires or to try to fit an ideal image. Because it is elective, cosmetic surgery is usually not covered by health insurance.
Body image in medicine and psychology refers to a persons emotional attitudes, beliefs and perceptions of their own body. The term is used when discussing various disorders and illnesses. Body image is shaped on how you treat your body. You can avoid judging others by simply thinking before you say or just tell them they look good

steps to better body image

Appreciate all that your body has and can do.your body brings you closer to your dreams everyday.

Keep a list of things good about yourself and make sure its not related to weight.

Look at yourself as a whole person, whem you look in a mirror look at yourself as a whole.

Hang around good positive people. It makes it easier to feel good about yourself.

Wear clothes that are comfortable and make you feel great about yourself.
