2nd Grade
Peitsch-Baylor Gibson
Baylor is always following her ROARS and is a kind friend to everyone. Baylor will do anything to help anyone out and to make anyone feel better. We are so happy to have you in our class. Keep up the great work!
Kindel-Sawyer Slaughter
Sawyer is our classroom's Star Student of the Month. Sawyer is kind, respectful, and responsible. He is always willing to help others when they need it and he goes above and beyond to show his ROARS. We are so grateful to have such an AWESOME Alma Panther in our class, keep up the amazing work!
Kindel-Braelyn Palmer
Braelyn is a kind student who works hard and encourages others. She is determined to improve every day. I can count on Braelyn to demonstrate her ROARS and set a positive example for others to follow.
Trefil-Adalinn Negri
Adalinn brings such a positive attitude to our classroom daily. She is responsible and is always the first to offer a helping hand. She follows all expectations and works hard. She is respectful and kind. We are so lucky to have Adalinn as a part of our classroom family! Keep up the great work, Addy!
Rogers-Jocelyn Bacoccini
Jocelyn has a heart of gold and is always on task. She works hard and her work is neatly done all of the time. She is kind to her friends and classmates. We are so glad to have Jocelyn in our class this year! Keep up the great work!
Wolfe-Nolan Puffpaff
Nolan is a hard worker and always tries his best to help others around him. Nolan will always try to make others around him laugh when they are having a hard time. Nolan always sets a good example for the class by following his ROARS. Thank you Nolan for being an outstanding student for others.
3rd Grade
Wickes-Aaliyah Miller
Aaliyah always follows her ROARS and is one of the nicest young ladies you'll meet. She comes to work each day, follows directions, listens to instructions, and thinks of others. Aaliyah is someone that her peers can count on and we are so proud of her! Keep rockin' it, Aaliayh!
Booms-Frankie Stupica
Frankie is always doing his job in our classroom, He is a good friend to his classmates, and he follows his ROARS. Frankie is a positive role model to other students. He is very polite to both his teachers and his classmates. Frankie keep up the good work!
Carroll-Gabe Larson
Gabe has definitely earned the honor of being the Star Student of the Month for our classroom. Gabe always follows the ROARS. He respects both students and adults, and always listens while others are speaking. Responsibility is definitely one of Gabe's strengths. He follows directions, gets his work done, and always gives his best effort. Gabe is definitely a role model for others.
Greiner-McKinley Nentwig
McKinley does such a great job following her ROARS each and every day! McKinley is a friend to everyone in the class. McKinley is one I and the class can count on to be a team leader for any group because she does a great job of listening, helping others, and following directions. She comes to school each day with a smile on her face and works very hard throughout the day in all subjects. Fantastic job McKinley!! Keep up the great work and continue being you!
Greiner-Gabe Bennett
Gabe does a great job following his ROARS and is helpful and kind to his classmates. He is a hard worker and loves to learn new things. He always has a smile on his face and is a good role model for his peers. Keep up the great work, Gabe!
Lamphere-Adam Heath
Adam does a great job showing his ROARS. He is a hard worker and sets a great example of focusing and always trying his best to get his job done. Adam is a good listener who always follows directions and class rules. Keep up the awesome work, Adam!
Draher-Mia Cashen
Congratulations Mia! Mia has been working very hard in class. She shows responsibility by completing her work and she has been showing such improvement too! She is respectful to others and is also very helpful.
PE-Evan Flagg (Carroll)
Evan is a great student to have in class. He is full of energy. I can count on Evan to give 100% effort when he is in PE. Evan also does a great job following his ROARS. I look forward to seeing Evan’s athletic accomplishments as he continues to push his limits and abilities as a runner and athlete.
Music-Alaina Peterman (Booms)
Alaina is a leader in music class. She is always modeling her ROARS from the second she walks into the room. Alaina knows her classmates rely on her when we play and sing as an ensemble and she works hard to do her best. She is always raising her hand to try something new and to model directions for the class. Great job, Alaina!

Volume levels are being taught and re-enforced in classrooms and buildings with K-5 students. This is a way for students to be mindful of their voice volume when interacting with others throughout the school day.

Transportation Changes
PLEASE make sure to call in any transportation changes before 1 pm. The end of the day is VERY hectic at an elementary school and it is important that we are aware of any changes before then. We also encourage you to send in a note on the day of a transportation change as well.
MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION FORM
Families: A medication authorization form must be filled out annually if your student requires medications to be distributed at school. Contact Ms. Snider in the office at 989-463-3113 if you are in need of a form.
BIRTHDAY TREATS
Birthday celebrations are very special and exciting for students. Our district policy is for healthy snacks in school. We encourage healthy snacks or an alternative, such as pencils or erasers, for each student.
