INTERNET SAFTEY
The Internet can be a wonderful resource for kids. Kids who are old enough to punch in a few letters on the keyboard can literally access the world.
But that access can also pose hazards. For example, an 8-year-old might do an online search for "Lego." But with just one missed keystroke, the word "Legs" is entered instead, and the child may be directed to a slew of websites with a focus on legs some of which have inappropriate photos.
That's why it's important to be aware of what your kids see and hear on the Internet, who they meet, and what they share about themselves online. Just like any safety issue, it's wise to talk with your kids about your concerns.
CYBERBULLING
Bullies and mean girls have been around forever, but technology has given them a whole new platform for their actions. As adults, we're becoming more aware that the truth no longer is true. it may hurt other people's feeling, if this happens continuously then you can call the kids helpline.

BULLING
What is bullying? At first glance, many people might think this behavior is easy to define. Their first image of bullying might be of a physically intimidating boy beating up a smaller classmate. While that can still be considered bullying today, parents need to know that bullying behaviors can be much more complex and varied.

NETIQUETTE
Sometimes people forget that there is actually a real person on the end of the line of your messages, Facebook wall or game. Online, since you can't see the victims face, you will probably not know how hurt they feel. And if you type in capitals, the person/s on the other end of the line may think you are trying to imply that you are shouting. So it is good to be sensible when using technology like this.
