Start by getting rid of all the fatty foods
You might not realise it, but your willpower is weakened by the large amount of fatty food that is available, well, everywhere. If you want to make a success of any diet, including the 123 diet drops program, then you will have to take the time to get rid of those fatty foods. Clear out your cupboards, and bin anything that you can't give away. Don't rush to eat it all before your diet starts - that would be cheating and it won't help you to lose weight in the long run. You need to clear out anything that might put you over your calorie count for the day, so just imagine that you had suddenly become allergic to fatty foods such as crisps and chocolate, or even to butter and high-fat meats. Start following the program
