A Message from the Principal
February 21, 2022
Dear Holy Family Catholic School Community,
Thank you for making PromORama such a great success, and although I was not able to be there with you, I have seen wonderful pictures of the event. You all looked marvelous and happy! I am grateful for our generous donors and our creative and hardworking volunteers who worked with Lisa Griffith, Tracy Head and Sara Hiett to make PromORama a night worth remembering.
I deeply appreciate your outpouring of prayer for my husband who will most likely be discharged from the hospital today or tomorrow.
Our Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops – Education Accreditation starts next Sunday afternoon when the four-member Accreditation Team arrives on our campus to meet our pastor, faculty, staff, and School Advisory Council members. We will have a welcoming reception for them and will also be giving them a tour of the school before they settle into our Tech Lab as their main workspace while on campus. The team will stay through Wednesday, March 2.
The Accreditation Team will be observing classrooms, recess, pick-up and drop-off procedures and all other facets of school operation. The team will also be interviewing our faculty and staff, as well as parents and School Advisory Council members. HFCS is well prepared for the visit with comprehensive Self Study and Supporting Data documents for the committee to work with.
Thank you again for supporting the success of our PromORama!
Blessings,
Ann Walters
Principal
