- On Monday from 5:00pm to 6:30pm in the hotel lobby
- On Tuesday from 7:00am to 8:00am outside of The Governor's Ballroom for those not attending the dinner.
Please note that name badges are required for admittance to all meetings and functions.

Coat check will be available during the dinner on Monday night. Coat hangers will be accessible in the meeting room on Tuesday for your convenience.
PROFESSIONAL HEAD SHOTSDuring the registration & welcome reception, you'll have the opportunity to have your professional head shot taken. Stop in, and take advantage!
- Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 pm. While every effort will be made to ensure that your room is ready upon arrival, we appreciate your patience if you encounter a short wait.
- A credit card will be required at check-in for all of your hotel charges.
- Luggage storage will be available upon arrival on Monday 1/19 if needed at the concierge desk.
- At check-out, be prepared to settle your account with the front desk. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
- Luggage storage will be available on Tuesday 1/20 in the meeting room for your convenience.
Complimentary parking is available at the hotel.
