WE Transition Center
2021-2022 School Year
Aloha, E Komo Mai!
Moving to a new school is exciting but as a military spouse myself I know that it can also be challenging. It is my job to ensure that both you and your student transition well into our ʻohana here at Wheeler.
If you are new to our school or going through a period of transition such as deployment, reintegration, PCSing, loss of a loved one or separation please reach out if you feel your student could benefit form the services available here in the Transition Center.
Please email me at email@example.com to schedule your orientation and campus tour. You can also email me with any questions or concerns that you may have.
You can reach the office by phone at 808-305-9500.
2021-2022 Daily Instruction Hours
School starts at 7:55 and dismisses at 2:05.
Wednesday is early release day, school is dismissed at 1:15 every Wednesday.
2021-2022 Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures
Student drop off is located on the front of our campus, in the bus lane.
To use our drop off please pull up beside the curb, as close as you can to the sidewalk between A and G building.
Students may only get on the curb side of the vehicle.
Parents must stay in the vehicle at all times when in the drop off/pick up lane.
You may also park in the parking lot and escort your student to and from your vehicle to the campus gate if you choose not to use the drop off area.
There will be a crossing guard at both campus sidewalks to ensure the safety of all of our students.
Parent's are not allowed to come onto campus to drop off their students.
If your student is tardy or needs to leave school early you will need to check in at the office.
Campus will be open 5 minutes prior to the end of the day. At that time you may walk to your students classroom and pick them up once the bell rings. Please refrain from lingering on campus after the bell has rung.
We are excited to begin opening our clubs again. Here are the Aloha Ambassadors greeting students and staff as they arrive on campus.
