How the "Titanic" relates to the story "Romeo and Juliet"
Jack and Rose meet on the titanic for the first time and they have love at first sight and they never want to be apart again similar to Romeo and Juliet went they meet and the ball dance. Romeo and Juliet never want to be apart after that night and even more so after they get married and that's all that the two think about is each other. Further more Jack and Rose died for each other, when the titanic started sinking Rose could have gotten life the life boat and have been saved but she didn't, she went back to look for Jack who had been handcuffed in a room on the lower levels of the ship. Romeo ended up killing himself because he thought that Juliet died and he wanted to continue to be with her even thought she hadn't really died it was a show that she put on to look like she was dead in order for the two to run away together. When Juliet woke up from her sleep spell and saw Romeo dead next to her she killed herself because she wanted to continue to be with him, even after death.
Poem for Romeo and Juliet
Romeo, oh Romeo will you be broomeo; Juliet, oh Juliet will you be my spouceliet
Let us be wedded till the end of time; even after death you will be mine".
This poem shows how Romeo and Juliet are in crazy love for each other and would rather be dead than be apart for each other.
