HALLOWEEN AT FBMS
SOUTH SHORE SECTIONAL TRACK MEET HIGHLIGHTS
We’d like to congratulate our Cross Country/Track and Field Team for their achievements this week at the South Shore Middle School League Competition. Many awards were received by our FBMS students. Of note, our Girls team placed second overall, and our Boys placed first overall for the sixth consecutive year out of all south shore teams. Many students also received individual medals for their times in running. We are so proud of the teams efforts!

FBMS Builders Club
The FBMS Builders Club is collecting Halloween Candy, socks, gloves, hats, cases of water and chapstick for our annual night run into the city to help the homeless. We are hoping anyone who went trick or treating can donate at least one ziplock bag of candy to help us. Drop donations off outside of room 131 on the table.
The Builders Club meets once a month from 2:20 PM-3:20 PM in the school café on a late bus day. Our meetings include a social activity and a planning session to plan service projects and activities to promote the six lessons taught in Peace Builders (praise people, give up put-downs, seek wise people, notice hurts, right wrongs and help others.) The Builders Club is a great opportunity to get involved, make new friends, and help our community.

PTO KIDSTUFF FUNDRAISER
Our PTO Team has launched this year's KIDSTUFF Coupon Book Fundraiser.
With the purchase of a Coupon Book our school earns a 50% profit and you get access to thousands of coupons which can be used across the country. With a single purchase you can often earn back the cost of the Coupon Book. All PTO funds raised go to support your students; the books make great Holiday Gifts and Stocking Stuffer.
Earlier this week, a Coupon Book was sent home to all 6th graders and a flyer was sent to all 7th and 8th graders. If you didn't get the flyer, contact PTO Member Fred Tilley at 617-839-6377 or via Messenger on Facebook.
